Please, save yourself some time and try any of the other Indian take away in the area. Rana may make decent food, but only at dinner time. The lunches seem to be watered down and flavourless. If you must try them please be aware that you are unlikely to get what you ordered, or be charged for what you ordered (providing they can work out how to use the eftpos machine or the cash register to give you change). The employees here are bordering on certifiable. The incompetence is beyond belief. These comments come from someone who has used them repeatedly since they opened and only come back as the Butter chicken is excellent. Only 10 minutes ago I made an order over $70 worth and after 10 minutes on the phone clarifying my order and it still not being understood I agreed to order what they thought I was ordering and asked to pay over the phone with a credit card (which I have done there before), only to be informed that it's too hard over the phone and that I should just pay using eftpos when I pick it up, after ordering a deliver and explaining it over and over. Seriously there are pleanty of other indian restaurants in Morphett Vale that will bend over backwards to get your business all without frustration and constant wasted money.
