Paul Denny Conveyancing, 88 Longueville Road, Lane Cove

I went for our first home settlement yesterday and Paul Danny's agent was there to hand me the keys. She told me " here is your keys, now go and pay your mortgage for your entire life ...!!! " her tone was very rough and wasn't polite. I shocked when she told me that I really wanted to say to unprofessional lady: it is not way to congratulate your clients. I wish she could wish me a good life in new home. Very disappointed and un-respectful of a joyful moment for their clients!!! Highly unprofessional. I think they must train their agent how to behavior with clients! I would not choose this company again for any legal advice also would not recommended to my friends and family.

I called up to ask for services and receptionist who wasn't very friendly told me to wait while she checked to see who was available. I head her ask someone to take the call and hear a man say "are they buying or selling." This obviously influenced the decision to take the call or not. Anyway, we were buying and the receptionist said no one was available so it seems if we were selling they'd have time to talk but not buying. So, I left my name and number and asked for a return call but that was 2 weeks ago. No one has returned my call and we have found a business that actually wants my business. I will never recommend this business to anyone as they discriminate on which clients they want. Shame on you. You are terrible.
