ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I gave my dress to be drycleaned by them through the Clifton Hill Newsagency, received the dress back, which was poorly hung up. Got home and found the reason why.. they had snapped the gold decorative chain that held it entirely together. Also the hem had completely come undone. This dress was purchased brand new and this was the first time I had worn it. Upon calling the drycleaners I could not understand a word the person said, as they could not speak english. I then contacted Charlie the owner via his mobile (given to me by newsagency). Charlie said he'd call me back in 2 weeks with a resolution. TWO MONTHS later I called him.. he told me that he believed the dress was 8 years old, not 8 weeks, implying I had lied and told me he couldnt do anything for me. So.. resolution- I havnt got my dress back, which is still broken and I have had to take him to Consumer affairs for his DISGUSTING level of service. Once I told him my intentions, he told me "I dont care, Ive been involved in 3 other cases". So, do yourslef a favour- save your clothes and dont go to him!!!! So bad!!!! Oh and Clifton Hill newsagency soesnt go through them any more- they have had enough of the bad service!
