PC Medic Ringwood

A friend of mine recommended me to take my apple macbook pro to these guys as they had used them and were happy with their service. She was correct, the price was reasonable and I found them easy to deal with. My only small issue was their car park is easy to miss behind the building so I had to park in the station car park. Maybe a small sign would be help direct customers to the parking.

I had a simple problem it took them 3 weeks to fix it. They never returned my phone calls when i rang up for an update, then when i got the finial bill it was three times what they quoted me! I now have the computer back and they actually created other problems that weren't there before i have just given up with these guys i don't want to wait another three weeks! I would strongly recommend NOT going to PC Medic and taking your computer elsewhere! They have no idea about computers or customer service.

Have had the business computer upgraded a few times over the years and have always received a fair quote, a helpful assistant and the option of a faster turn around for my business PC. Also I love the fact (even though I have never needed to) that when I left they have almost always said "bring it back if you have any issues", just shows great professionalism.

When I took my laptop in they diagnosed it as having a virus. Within a few days of getting it back the problem started coming back sporadically. I returned it to them and a week later they told me that there was actually no problem and it was fine. It took just a few weeks for the laptop to be utterly unusable again.

4 day job took 4 weeks & severe lack of communication.
