The dodgiest salon in melbourne! do not go here ppl. horrible customer service and rude. they dont know what they are doing and they cant be bothered. the lady at the front yells out from the front to staff out the back, goes out on the salon balcony and smokes a fag in clients view, the room was freezing cold, no product recomendations after treatment, therapists were wearing thongs, and it's a "spa" but there's no spa in the salon lol. go anywhere but here omg

Absolutely amazing!! I was a little unsure about going to my appointment after reading all the comments on here but now I am so glad I went. I had a Scoopon and it was fantastic. All the staff were friendly amazing and bubbly and made me feel so comfortable. They also gave me a VIP card which entitles me to 10 half price treatments and 20% off if I go back. I can tell you all out there that i will be going back for sure. I still can not believe how beautiful this experience was.

Warning -very bad experience here today -trying to book a voucher service appointment .. In fact was refused and told I had to wait to make an appointment until after the offer ended - despite the voucher stating validity from 17th August- a complete breach of their own terms and conditions !!! Then when I dared to question them , was subjected to a barrage of emails . A quick call to Consumer Affairs resulted with the advice to wait for the voucher company to refund . I t seems to be a habit here with bad attitude and service . I would hate to see what the service is actually like if this is how they handle vouchers and appointments - I will post the outcome .

Even though I read all the negatives comments on this page I still decided to go there and give it a go. I had a mud wrap, facial, mani and a pedi done and I must say that the manicure she did was so bad that I didn't want to get my pedicure done! The nail polish had visible streaks and lumps. I asked her to do a few nails again and I still wasn't happy with the outcome. She also filed my nails oval when they were clearly square shaped! She said it'll help them from breaking... My nails have always been square and they never break!! Even though the mani was pretty bad I'll give a point to their mud wrap and facial, it was very relaxing.

I went for an eyebrow wax and it was great. I don't know about the other services but the waxing beautician was really friendly. The reception staff is a little out of it, but don't let that deter you, this is still a great place to relax.
