0/3 This place was a dump. Nothing like the website at all. It is a concrete block, reminiscent of old Butlins chalets. The room was not clean, the sofa was full of stains, and the wind was howling through the windows. There is no direct beach access from the room, you have to walk around the car park and through an allyway. I asked for my money back and the owner refused claiming there was nothing wrong with the room, on being challenged, claimed " I am more at the backpackers end of the market". which is not what I booked. This was the only dissapointment in 11 different places we stayed. We moved to the Tidal Waters Hotel in St. Helens - same price, ten times better.
