First night the neighbours played music to 2.30am. Manager refused to answer their phone when we started calling at 9.40pm. Visited the manager next morning, she told us we should have dealt with it ourselves and that park noise wasn't her responsibility. Then went on to tell us the last time there was noise someone got their jaw broken. We relocated to a quiet area of the park. We had booked and paid for 2 nights. Manager got into us at 8.30am about being in the wrong spot (park was 95% EMPTY), and that we should have moved our camp and boat to the front of the park - out on the road. Got accused of only paying for one night, after harassing our 13 year old daughter in the toilets. We told her we were done and were packing up and that we would find the receipts and come up to the office in 20 minutes. She wouldn't leave it alone, kept verbalising at us. She even told us we lied about the noise that night. She threatened to call the police, which we said we welcomed. Called us all sorts of choice names. We heard from another camper that this Manager had chased them into town and interrupted their meal and made them come back because they parked in the wrong spot - an unpowered site in a 95% empty park. Sites are not marked. And no apology. Manager is unhelpful, rude, and unable to keep basic accounts. She's not a fit and proper person to operate the facility. Do NOT stay here. It was 95% empty for a reason. We will never go back there again.
