Tried to find Bell modular EVO everywhere, Peter stven is the only shop had it, and I needed today because I need to pick up my bike next day. Sales person was so unhelpful, no sign of emotion (cataonic state) didn't want to talk to u, but just wanted to sell. no customer service whats so ever. Didn't explain about feature of helmet, when I asked question didn't know the answer. Luckily I did all the research b4 I got there so I know what to look for . next time I just go there and try them out and buy from internet (oversee). No wonder people don't shop locally instead on internet......

Sale person friendly, but overall very bad buying experience. I was trading in my old bike, so we arranged pre sale inspection with Peter Stewens Service. Agreed to drop off the bike at 8.00 am and pick it up back around 3pm so I can get home back. After few phone calls my bike was returned to me next day afternoon. Then I went pick up new bike 1190 Adventure, it was frustrated to find out that sale personnel had no idea how to start the bike, after 30 min someone else came to reprogram the keys. So finally I got my bike and very soon my experience became even worst. On my way home the mirrors starts turning/flapping around due to: screws wasn't tide up enough (at the sale time I received nice document called 'delivery certificate' stating that the bike was checked, adjusted etc. for safety use). That evening at home had a better look on a bike and find out that the rear fender is scratched and has hole drilled thru (thanks to smart license plate installer)apparently new fender is on its way. Also I couldn't open the seat so I took bike to KTM at Hoppers Crossing following my “GOOD” experience with Peter Stewens. Over there I was able to find out that the lock mechanism has been broken, none of the warranty/recall issues has been solved, head lamp need to be adjust. Delivery Certificate states that all the works has been carried out by Peter Stewens Service. My advice to everyone is: stay away or if you have to deal with them ensure you'll check everything 10 times before you'll pick up your bike.

Shop assistants surly, disinterested & unhelpful. Instead, spend yr money somewhere good value, where they care...say the excellent All Motorcycle X-cessories in Keilor Park.

The clearance center has some great deals if you look around. can't comment on the service or sales department though.

New to the bike scene so I'm not sure how the prices compare, but staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great range of parts, a lot of bikes too.
