This guy Louis Pettolino, he has threatened to kill his children and he has always been in debt, and he has always had buisnesses that have fallen through due to him not paying what he owes and becoming majorly in debt. i would never recommend this guy for any job at all, he doesnt deserve to have any buisness or company, especially after using 'i work at a funeral parlour so i can bury you too.' to his own family. which he has classed as 'a mistake'. Its also weird how he can be qualified to do this sort of work, after he was a SalesMan and a Aged Care PCA worker and now suddenly a person owning his own funeral parlour which is being run from a rental home. And this is not a fraud comment, this is from his own 'son' which apparently im a mistake, and his too ashamed for me having his last name, would you really want your loved ones dealt with this disgraceful man who cant even take after his own family, has i am now 16 and he 'disowned' me when i was 2 years of age and disowned his other 3 children. His nothing but a lowlife scumbag, who likes to verbally abuse his own kids over Facebook. Police were also informed about his disgusting threats. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Regards, Anthony Pettolino.

Funneral was good but the service after was terrible. You were never able to contact louis, would never return your calls,and the worst thing about the company they never paid the church there money. it took them 4 weeks to sent a cheque that bounced for the sum of $250,Donation organiseation also never recieved the envelopes left in the car after the service it also took them 4 weeks for their money. It has been 2 months since the pasting of our love one and we are still fighting this battle for $1000. So before you decide to use this funneral home please be very caarefull and never fully pay him until he has paid all his people because you will forever be waiting and reliving this terrilbe experience every day. Would never recommend them to anybody.
