Pizza Hut Noarlunga

Don't waste your time. The blind leading the blind!!! After spending a frustrating 15 minutes signing up to their flashy but impossibly difficult to navigate website (because there is no phone number anywhere on the site) I eventually found out that you can NOT order online from my local store. I got the number from Google and, after talking to a computer which asked my location THREE TIMES, I was connected to a call centre (by the sounds of it somewhere in Mumbai) and was asked twice more for my location before placing my order and told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving at the store ten minutes later I observed that the shop was filthy with five staff who seemed completely disorganised. While waiting I watched with some bemusement as they stuffed up two delivery orders and was then asked by a staff member to recite my order back as they had forgotten what it was. 10 minutes later they advised me that they had only made one of the two pizzas I ordered and proceeded to make the second one from scratch. After waiting for a total of 30 minutes in the store (not including the time spent driving there) they finally produced my order. I got a feeble apology for the whole stuff around... no discount, free pizza or drink. Do yourself a favour and don't bother. The Pizzas were average and greasy and looking at the kitchen I was a little scared that I would get sick afterwards.
