Good communication skills from the office, with a prompt response for all my questions prior to arranging a booking. That was considerably important as we were moving offices within a tight schedule and needed quick and precise answers to arising questions. The two separate teams that worked for us, day time and night time were both equally patient with our staff demands but efficient at getting the job done with no dramas. A potential issue was the miscommunication in regards to arranging the moving of the safe, but we got it sorted out in the end.
