Last week we celebrated by son's Graduation with our family and friends at Preserve Kitchen. This restaurant should be commended once again for its great food, service and ambience. Every dish was superb and any of our requests were politely fulfilled. On this particular night we dined upstairs and although the restaurant was completely full downstairs, we were made to feel as though we were the only guests. All the staff at Preserve Kitchen were polite and attentive and the service was, as always, completely professional. Thank you the owner and chef, Jason, and all the staff at Preserve for a beautiful finish to our very special day.

17th June - 2013 - We have just entertained 30 guests at a birthday dinner for my husband in the charming upstairs room at Preserve Kitchen. It was a wonderful night and excellent service from young but very polite and competent waiters. The food was superb and the feed back from our guests was very positive. The organisation of the evening was done over a couple of month period and my contact at Preserve Kitchen was very easy to work with and came up with great suggestions. Certainly recommend for a function. Prior to this had enjoyed an evening for 2 and again found the restaurant excellent.

We almost walked out when the waitress was so pushy about not letting us order an entree and a main course between us. We finally settled on two mains but again there was serious pressure to order a side salad (which we did). The food was oustanding and the tiny restaurant very classy but the overall experience was almost spoilt by such obvious upselling. Shame, because if the fact that the serves are not very big was explained in a way that made us feel welcome, it would have been first class.

The meals were very nice, however the rather small portions on very large plates is not what I would call a value meal. My biggest gripe is that the corkage is more expensive than the wine ! I could have purchased the wine & a dozen glasses for less !!
