I personally found my experience with 'Prestige Auto Gallery' to be a pleasant one. From the moment I walked in, I had a young gentleman greet me politely asking how my day was and what type of car I was in the market for. He did NOT seem pushy nor did he come across like he was looking for a quick sale. He then proceeded to show me around and took time to understand my requirements and my expectations in choosing a car before, thoroughly explaining all the vehicle's features. Furthermore I found him to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. Most salesmen will feed you just a bunch of BS to get their sale, however I didn't get that from this gentleman at all. After test driving my vehicle of choice followed an extensive chat over a cup of coffee. The gentlemen took me through all the paperwork explaining in detail what was required from my end. I had agreed to purchase the vehicle of my choice on the condition that I was permitted to take the car to a local mechanic for a second opinion before proceeding to sign. Without any hesitation the salesman accepted my request and informed me it was my right to make such requests. The following morning I was back to complete the transaction. All-in-all I had an great experience with what I had always considered to be a daunting task, made effortless and enjoyable by the lovely staff at Prestige Auto Gallery. Keep up the good work guys!

My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. Do not expect to find any customer service or competency when dealing with this bunch. All they are after is your $$. With my initial visit, I was not greeted and had to walk into the office to ask for assistance. Considering there were 2 sales people inside and no other buyers, my first impressions were already uneasy. I wont go into detail about how unprofessional the sales process was, but if you wanted a stereotype of a pushy car salesman, then you would find it here. After purchasing and driving out with the vehicle, I was left to contact them 6 weeks later to find out why i had not received my transfer papers, only to be notified that it was my responsibility to take a copy of the transfer (which i did not get from them) to the DPI and pay. This has been the most draining and negative experience and I regret dealing with Prestige. I would NOT recommend anyone to this dealership and would suggest to find your potential car elsewhere.
