I attended this clinic last night with my very sick little boy. He was vomiting in the waiting room, and rather than offering to help, the receptionist asked us to move. She refused to let me dispose of his vomit bag, and we waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Very sick children are obviously not given priority here. Despite her rude attitude (even telling us at one point that the doctor couldn't do anything and we'd be more comfortable at home), the doctor we saw was marvelous and very helpful, and we will definitely return to see him again.

Not all the doctors at this clinic are equally good. Please keep your own mind sharp as well. We have had two instances where the doctors have made mistakes... forgetting antibiotics with an obvious infection, and prescribing the wrong antibiotics for another infection. There are a few gems in there, though - they will help you perfectly and then some. So stay sharp and ask questions and you'll be fine here.

I had caps done. The work done was OK. However, appointments were not kept. I was late 1 time - 5 Min's they had already re-booked over me and the patient before me was still in the chair. 2 times I had turned up to appointments.... they had closed for the day. What the?..........4 X served out of 7 visits not very good.

I went to the doctor today. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. I waited all of 5 minutes before being called in (if that!) :). The doctor was a delight, and he was honest and took the time to chat to me. I will continue to come back not only because it is bulk billed but the attitude of this doctor was refreshing.

This doctors clinic is very clean and has fantastic service, there can sometimes be a slight wait due to how popular it is but if you want the best i say go here they have fantastic service
