Go early to avoid waiting periods. All doctors appointments, blood tests etc are free. The staff are excellent. The place does get busy after 8am & you'll have to wait.. but where else can you see a doctor for free these days?

Very long waiting times. Doctors are too interested in pushing people through and not caring about your individual problems. After going to this clinic and trying to get my medical records moved to another clinic i was told that i would have to pay an ADMIN FEE for my OWN medical records. GO anywhere else this place is a sham! Port Adelaide has better clinics to choose from.

It's not a 24 hour medical centre, however it is open every single day of the year and meets your every need. General practice, chemist, podiatry, physios, dentist. The GPs there bulk bill.

Dr ARNOLD TAN: Please note: This rating is NOT for the medical centre, but for a particular GP there called Dr ARNOLD TAN. Dr Arnold Tan is the WORST GP i've ever been to. He is VERY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE, he doesnt even want to listen to you. He doesnt let you talk, and doenst CARE what you are going through. NEXT TIME, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE ARNOLD TAN for your own good. ---- Frustated patient.

Unfortunately in August 2009 this clinic has ceased to bulk bill everyone and has introduced patient gap fees per visit. If you have a Commonwealth Health Card you will not be asked to pay the gap fee, but for everyone else the fee per visit is now $30 during the week and $40 on weekends. Of course this has impacted on the number of people attending the clinic, recently I counted only 9 patients waiting and at one time I was the only person in the waiting room.. All a bit sad, this clinic did provide a much needed service to the western suburbs. By the way, dont blame the doctors.. they will tell you privately that they are appalled at this development and have complained to management to no avail..
