Punjabi Masala

The service was terrible and the male staff / owner rude and arrogant. I love to eat curry but will never visit this restaurant again. The owner came up to me and had to audacity to comment that this is how Indian food is supposed to be cooked even when the food was undercooked. It is very expensive, however you can always pay a bit more for good quality and service. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

This is quite simply the worst Indian restaurant in Melbourne, even perhaps Australia. So many of my friends and family have concurred. The owner is stingy and cuts corners with food and service. Food is recycled and served with smaller portions of meat and other expensive extras. It all tastes like slop anyway. Functions are always understaffed with unfamiliar students who take twice as long to do things. Avoid at all costs!
