I noticed Sheena's billboard as I hobbled around the Maribyrnong river unable to jog anymore due to ongoing knee, hip and lower back problems. This was having an adverse reaction on my physical and emotional well being, as my physical activity had been greatly curtailed. I was feel unfit, in pain, tired and generally lacking motivation as every part of my body seemed to hurt.I was also feeling stressed and out of sorts and not sleeping well.I took the plunge and contacted Sheena as soon as I returned home as I thought I had nothing to lose.....except the pain killers. Right from that first phonecall, Sheena's calm and professional manner gave me confidence that I had made the right call. The first appointment cemented my impression from the chat I had on the phone. Sheena is extremely conscientious and listens thoroughly to your concerns. From that first visit 4 months ago she has travelled with me on my journey to wellness.Each session is different as she works on what is needed at the time. My visits now are just to maintain my level of fitness and wellness that I would not have been able to achieve so quickly without her professional guidance.I do not normally write reviews but I want to share my experience, so others may feel as wonderful as I do now. Sheena is a great practitioner! She is very thorough and caring in her treatments. She has helped keep me sane in preparation for my wedding and kept my skin under control. She also did wonders on the pain I had in my feet. I have developed bunions due to wearing tight shoes and Sheena reduced the inflammation and tightness around my big toes with acupuncture and other tools. Sheena has the best ways to stretch the body and inspires me always to keep working on my health. I highly recommend her services.

I highly recommend Sheena to anyone who wants to improve their physical, mental or emotional health. She uses different techniques for different issues ... and always hits the spot (literally!). One of the biggest 'wins' for me was her successful treatment of a patch of scar tissue on my leg - no more pain and unsightly lump, and no surgical treatment, which had been recommended by my doctor. And on top of her expertise, she's absolutely lovely!
