0/3 The customer service could be improved. It was the one line for everyone who needed assistance whether that was a quick purchase of an item or a 20min insurance application. You also have to stand at a counter when doing taking out insurance even though there were seated areas available behind the counter. Especially for people with a disability or the elderly. Quite disappointed.
