Ralph D'Silva Holden

I have been using D'Silva's Service department for a couple years ever since my last Holden dealership never helped me. They have always been great. Even though you don't get to speak to the mechanic the service advisors always call me and keep me up to date. Tas the Service Manager is excellent and friendly who always helps. Billy (the kid), John and Marcus are also great. Keep up all the good work guys. Thank you so much for looking after my vehicles needs, giving me free loan cars and dropping my wife back home when we have had warranty issues.

I GOT RIPPED OFF BADLY! I am from Russia, new to Victoria. I brought an old Holden from this dealer, the car is all right but I paid $1200.00 for 90000 KM service after 1 year driving. What they did is just changed filters & brake pads, nothing more than a general service! After been ripped off, they even tried to push me to pay another $800.00 to change the "timing belt" as they said "highly recommended for my own safety". Worst dishonest dealer ever. Go there if u r happy to be ripped off! ёбоный ты в род!!!!

They are the Best Holden Dealer in Melbourne. I got my car serviced for many dealer in past years but the service i get at Ralph Dsilva holden is far better than others. I love the coffee Machine :)
