I'm a first time customer, and I'll definitely be shopping here again. I ordered two sticks of ram, and unfortunately one of them had issues. The staff at RamCity were very accommodating with having a replacement sent out, and my computer now works perfectly. Good prices, great customer service, all-round pleasant experience.

Another first time customer, but I will be back!! Good website and video tutorials, excellent service & delivery, kept me informed of progress with one briefly out-of-stock item. Memory upgrade for my MacBook is great, Samsung SSD is good (3x faster), but I should have taken Rod's advice and got the "Pro" for even faster speeds. The iFixit toolkit is very good and made the installations very easy. Thanks!!

I'm a first time customer of RamCity but I can say that really impressed with its product and customer service. I bought a USB-SATAII cable. Was happy after all with the shipping fee because I received my item the next business day. Will happily do business with RamCity again for all my Apple's future requirements.
