Ray White Blacktown

I haven't rented from these chimps in 10 years now, But much to my delight, the internet is now readily available to expose scam artists like these. As a first time renter, at the cheeky age of only 18, I mistakenly rented through ray white Blacktown.When I moved in to my home, I discovered an enormous plumbing issue in which sewerage was flooding my back yard. It took almost 2 weeks of having no toilet or shower available, before they sent a plumber out. The plumber advised me that not only was this my sewerage, but being a complex, the sewerage system was linked and that it was most likely sewerage from possibly 29 other units.How delightful. The plumber temporarily fixed the issue only for the problem to come back within days. So basically the first 6 weeks of living there, was quite the adventure. To wrap the story up, I had a 6 month lease, at the end I had the place professionally cleaned, including carpets and my bond was taken with some poor excuse stating I had owned a black dog, as black hair was in the carpets. I still to this day have never owned any type of black pet. Avoid ray white at all costs
