I have had an investment property managed by and now sold by the team at Ray White Nundah and have been very happy with both. Property Management: Tania has been an excellent property manager, always making sure I was fully informed as to what was going on, the tenants happy and the property maintained in good condition. In particular I appreciated Tania's support during a stressful period of several months when the property had several issues one after the other. I always felt Tania had everything under control and that the work being organised was being completed professionally and represented value for money. If you need a property manager, I highly recommend Tania and the team at Ray White Nundah. Sales: I want to thank Anthony for selling my property. Not only did he achieve a price at the top of my target range and in a short period of time, he managed this while there was significant competition in the market! I believe that this result was only achieved due to Anthony's personal approach and thorough preparation ensuring he knew as much as possible about the property before he listed it. I also appreciated the regular feedback during the process, it certainly gave me confidence that a positive result was never in doubt. Anthony also did an excellent job managing the relationship with the tenant, which certainly made the process smoother.

New business owners have changed the whole team and service is now fantastic and the followup is excellent. The receptionist is a delight to talk to and the team is strong in the local property market. Keep up the good work. AndyC

Not to say how greedy they are (previous tenants moved out in the morning and we moved in the afternoon), so the carpets were still wet, smell of cleaning chemicals causing asthma attack. The place is a mess and they promised the things on the list to be done, such as holes in a wall and missing blinds and ripped out shelves. Almost 6 months in – nothing happened. Poor communication, always on hold, or “waiting for the owner's response”. They have no clue about preventative repairs; prefer to wait until it breaks, leaks, falls making much more damage than the simple 10 min fix. Disgusting, I would never rent the property out through them if you care about it.

Renting a place with them at the moment. .. and i wishing right now I wasn't. The property is a complete mess and a tonne of maintainecnce is needed. There are light switches hanging off the wall, exposed wiring all over the place, dog poo everywhere when we first moved in (we dont have a dog) and other things. I have called them, submitted numerous emails and finally the Form 11 from the Queensland Transport Authority. They just do not care what is happening. I had a electrician come out without warning and to my property after fighting for emergency repairs for 3 weeks that were needed. They have Lack of communication and Lack of Brain Power. They also failed to advise why the electrican what was needed to be done on the property..... all he done was change a knob on the fan.When there was numerous of other things needed. Im sorry to say this but they are a bunch of idiots. I cant wait to move out.

These guys are amateur at best......firstly they give us a remote control that was sticky-taped together - for the garage. Needless to say it wasn't mentioned on there entry report. Secondly they payed my rent to another property and let me run round town to sort it out. I eventually got the Post Office to call about the money order and guess what it had been cashed by Ray white Nundah.....I told them in the office and the girl pulls out a folder sat next to her feet the whole time - opens it up and says..."Ooohhh her it is, i've paid it to the wrong house" Thirdly one of their staff stormed into my bedroom while I was asleep. She forcibly knocked and then entered a moment later before waiting in my room whilst I woke up! She then begins to interrogate me about a small hole in the wall and demands to know what happened? She behaved like a child and stormed around the house with the bitchiest attitude you could imagine from some-one in a uniform. The agent knew we weren't expecting the visit and never took any precautions whilst in our home at the time. To top it off I complained to Ray white head office who haven't done anything, the Nundah office principle "Gary “didn't return any e-mails and the girl in question has refused to apologise. Bluntly in a meeting of the two parties. The first time I rented with them they made us return to clean the property 4 or 5 times.....the first time was fair but the rest was just plain arrogance. I will admit that "owners" have a big say in things but Ray white Nundah couldn't care less about tenants. The office was never that friendly compared to when we moved in and signed up, handing in rent was like "Would you like fries with that service". Every-time I walked in they just said the same thing....."is your address written on the back?". One girl was pleasant and friendly, but all the others win no plaudits from me. All have issues. We eventually went to a tribunal after the claimed we through water at the roof! Water that landed against gravity and formed a near perfect circle. They sent down there most experienced tribunal staff who we never met and they never once backed us up. They argued for the owner......not tooth and nail but never admitted any wrong doing on there part. I don't know how we paid for the remote control.....It fell apart through wear and tear. Not to mention the fact it was sticky taped together!!!! Our mistake was not putting it on the entry report! PS We never paid for the water damage on the ceiling, the judge agreed with us thank god. My advice is NOT to rent through RAY WHITE!!! Do research on google about them at court cases....
