3/3 I bought a bunch of stuff for an upcoming road trip, which included a swag. It was nice to get the members 10% credit on that first purchase. When I tested the swag out I found it was missing the listed pegs and rope. So I went back to the shop and they were very helpful. I ended up with new pegs and rope that would have been far better than the ones the swag would have included. So 5 stars for turning an issue into a reward.
