3/3 I recently purchased a Queen bed mattress and base from this store and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The service and staff were excellent and extremely helpful. I have recommended this store to all of my friends and I will be buying from them in the future. 10 out of 10!!!

0/3 Be extremely extremely extremely careful when you deal with this shop. We purchased several items such as mattresses, mirror and 2 sets of bunk beds. One of the bunk bed arrived after 1 month and it was not the quality we saw on the catalouge. Metal pieces had rust on them. Wooden pieces had chip on different pieces as well as not complying with the Australian Standard for bunk bed. We were told they are made in Australia but they cam from china. The owner didn't want to take them back and refund us. We had to take it to the court (VCAT) and court ordered the owner to take the beds back and refund us.
