3/3 In 15 years of driving living in 3 different states i have never had such a great experience with a mechanic, no problems no hiccups, happy to help me, friendly and knowledgeable service. The price that was quoted was honoured with no hassles. Quick, clean, tidy and professional. Thank you so much again you made my week!! Highly recomended i dont think you could find better service or people.

0/3 DONT CHOOSE ROSSES AUTO I ASKED THEM TO TAKE OFF A BROKEN WHEEL NUT (SIMPLE JOB REALLY)THEY DESTROYED MY $400 MAG WHEEL WITH WHAT I THINK MIGHT OF BEEN A GRINDER.THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGY JUST TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY. THAT WILL BE 75 DOLLARS .I TOLD THE MECHANIC 2 OTHER WAYS AND DID HE AT LEAST TRY THEM(AS THEY ARE STANDARD WAYS OF REMOVING BROKEN WHEEL NUTS) HE THEN TOLD ME I WAS WRONG PROCEEDED TO GET A WHEEL STUD TO PROVE HIS POINT AND FAILED MISERABLY WHEN I EXPLAINED HOW ITS DONE THEN JUST LOOKED AT ME WITH STILL NO APOLOGY OR EXPLAINATION. NEVER AGAIN TERRIBLE JOB !!
