Could not disagree more with braedan's review. I wish I could rate the service, but there isn't any service to speak of. After serious health and safety issues at the property I'm renting cropped up, it was absolutely impossible to get in touch with any of the property managers. I was told several times a day they were 'in a meeting', 'on another call', or 'out of the office'. This kept up for over 4 months, until I contacted a legal representative and issued them a notice to remedy breach. My property manager left the company months earlier, but I still kept receiving letters 'signed' by her, asking me to renew the lease, with a rent increase, but maintenance problems completely ignored. None of the issues were resolved until I finally got in touch with the owner herself, who acted immediately to correct the breaches. We made the agreement to renew the lease, and it's now been close to 2 months of me asking the agency to send out the paperwork, to no avail. My new property manager is apparently on year-long leave, I have no idea who the current one is, and the latest I've heard is a rumour from the cleaning company employed is that the office itself has closed down for good. Noone is answering the phone or emails, and my lease has already run out in the meantime. Emails to head office are also going un-answered. This is a joke, I cannot believe that people are getting paid good money to run a business like this. Calling the owner again this afternoon.
