I would vote them no stars if possible.. as mentioned by other users staff are arrogant and have a smug attitude and totally ignored me too. I would rather drive around in my car with no sound system or alarm than give them my business.

Great company to deal with, staff very friendly and had great knowledge would recommend to anyone. Purchased a car radio and had it installed on the same day. Great job guys A+++++ Will definitely shop there again.

I bought a full sound system for my car and had it installed by Ryda. The customer service was far from satisfactory but it was overlooked. The installation was absoloutley dreadful, i expected much better as i paid top dollar. I ended up returning three times to get the same problem addressed and it was never fixed, they placed the amplifier in a position where the seat rails caught the RCA jacks and ripped them, causing the copper from the RCA to get stuck inside the jack. They told me they will have to charge me a labour fee to have it looked at and they cannot guarantee a repair although i was 2 months into my warranty. Reason being: apparently it was kicked although there are no passengers in my vehicle during the timeframe (this is their excuse for voided warranty) basically i will not be back, phone support was very smug and treated me like an idiot. I would steer clear of these con artists. No moral conscience what so ever! STAY AWAY!!

Spoke with Mark this morning, extremely helpful. Looked at my current kit and explain what I wanted to do and he was able to fully outline all my options for different price ranges. Highly recommended.
