Absolute rubbish -- Not only did they deliver the wrong item first time, but while bringing in a cast iron bath, they decided to scratch and gouge the hallway floorboards, and continued to visibly scratch the bathroom tiles.They are taking no responsibility.DO NOT USE!! UPDATE: (By Request of Chris Mellios - Retail Manager) After countless phonecalls, emails and time they ended up taking responsibility for their delivery men, and offered us replacement tiles and a days labour to fix our issues.

This company would have to be the worst i have deal with ever! Buyer beware! I noticed the previous review said that they delivered, but i recently purchased bathroom items for a bathroom renovation, and delivery was not offered, they said they did not deliver, and i had to pick up the items from their warehouse. The warehouse staff then proceeded to damage my brand new vehicle to the tune of just over $2000. Naturally i was furious and cancelled my order on the spot..i notified management, went to Range rover, had the car assessed and email images of the damage and the quote for the repair. They refused point blank to cover the damage they caused to my vehicle. Disgusting company, who really do not care about the customer. I would never ever deal with this establishment and i wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them..waste of time and money..
