Went in shop 12 august 2013 for repair gave the claim num they fill the form manager bill all good empty words of customer service with no meaning two days later i called and asked have you email your quote to the insurance company says no but will do it today anyway this was 14 aug 2013 so waited till 17 august insurance company still has not received his quote they are still waiting comes next i call him on 19 aug 2013 asked him they give e ans it will be done today ok took there word. Today is 28 of august 2013 till this date these people have not sent quotation to insurance company good knows why probably my repair job is too small for their so called cash making factory
