Rocked up here doing a bike trip around Oz, a nice clean campsite, good facilities & the duty manager, Anne, was very friendly & helpfull. Steve, Manchester, England.

We stayed at this wonderful place, it was clean, the locals were helpful and friendly. The showers were hot, and clean. Kitchen, lounge,internet facilities BBQs with TV and a book shelf to keep you busy. Plenty of travellers and backpackers alike. Useful tourist info was provided by the resident manager which made our stay more enjoyable. Will go back again and again excellent base to really discover Sydney.

During our short stay at this dirty, disgusting, neglected 'camp site' we found the base to be cramped, it smelt funny, the bbq didnt work, the toilets leaked or didnt flush well, there was dirty toilet tissue on the floor which i trod in (did they even have a cleaner) the vile creature on the counter had a distinct inability to keep her nose out of peoples business, and didnt take to well to being told to keep her large nose out - which resulted in her throwing a tantrum and kicking us off. overall i would rather pull my teeth out with a rusty pair of pliers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We have stayed here for over 2 weeks. The facilities are basic but everything we needed. There is a TV room, kitchen (basic) and BBQs. There are showers and obviously toilets as well as laundry facilities. It is 20mins by train into Sydney central. The staff are very friendly. When we booked in I paid $210 for a week powered site and our extra nights were $35 per night. They have unpowered sights for $180 a week or $30 a night. The area is fine. It is close to Brighton Le Sands for the beach and the airport is very close but there was little noise. The shops are quite close also, with Bunnings Woolworths and a big shopping centre. Coles is available also but a 20 min walk in Brighton Le Sands. I would have no problem recommending this place and I know we will be back also!

This place is small, cramped and old. Full of permanent residents and no room for travellers.Needs a bulldozer to go through it!
