3/3 The perfect roadtrip stop over. Well appointed rooms, quiet, clean and our room (family room with separate bedroom) opened onto the lawns and garden. Air con and tv in each room and curtains that block all the light, so everyone slept well including our 1 yo. Pool was fantastic! We will be back in future annual christmas roadtrips beyween canberra and qld.

3/3 A wonderful relaxing stay. Our two bedroom unit had a front door and a back door leading onto the verandah and a lovely open garden area- we couldn't of asked for more. The pool area is resort style and the complimentary breakfast available in the dining area allowed us to meet and chat with the owners and fellow guests. You can't go wrong booking at Sleepy Hill- it is very clean and great value for money. Highly recommend it.

2.33/3 All rooms are currently undergoing renovations. Rooms were tidy, clean and well kept.Very popular place to stay, due to distance from Newcastle and Nelson Bay.While enjoying your free continental breakfast, have a lovely chat with the friendly owners!
