What a rip off! $79 for a box of cheap crappy boring fruit & veg!! I wanted to open my box and be suprised with all the fun and yummy fruits and vegetables and yet I was disapointed to say the least. All I got was: Potato, CArrot, Lemons, Oranges, Kiwi, Pears, Cabbage, Cauliflower... like cummon I could have just gone to the supermarket for way less than $79! Not using them again, and was a shame I had been blabbing to my relos that I was getting this box, they were all keen to start ordering too once I got mine, now lost a few more customers. Not to mention the fact that they do not answer calls or emails!!! Totally got on my nerves!!!!!!

We ordered the $69 Office Fruit Box Large - we had to throw half of it away as most of it was old. For example... • Mandarins - were old and almost impossible to peel as the skin was so dry, so we had to throw the entire bag away. • Rockmelon was rotten on one side, had to be binned. I think they buy fruit that is unsuitable for retail and on sell it - but its absolute rubbish. We will not be using Smiling Fruit again.

Paid $79 for a fruit and veg mix. Nowhere near worth $79. At most its valued at 30 even if you factor in cost of delivery. Really really bad value. Will NEVER use again and will tell all my mates likewise.

I purchased a Scoopon for a "Fresh Fruit & Veg Box" in May 2012. Since then, I have tried repeatedly to use the Scoopon through their website and their website has rejected the Scoopon. I have called and left multiple voice messages as well, and no one has gotten back to me. The voucher has now expired. When I finally got hold of someone, they hung up on me when they heard that I had a voucher that I couldn't redeem! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SMILING FRUIT, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

Bought a scoopon deal. $39 for a family box. 12kg of fruit & vege delivered to your door. was pretty happy and ordered another box few weeks later. the contents of the second box was pretty much the same as the first one but just not very fresh. not happy at all. most of fruit were bruised. I donno what u expect me to do with moldy pineapple*2. heaps of potatoes, carrots and lemon (i.e. cheap stuff). no bananas. will not use them again since there are heaps of other fruit&vege delivery ppl out there.
