Snooze, g8/1 Frederick St, Artarmon

Disappointing service, poor quality products. We purchased a bed in May, 8 months later it collapsed into pieces, clearly because of it being constructed from cheap materials, Snooze then gave me the run around when trying to get our bed replaced. After talking to Snooze, and their supplier, I am still without a bed, replacement or parts to fix it. They continually promise and fail to deliver anything. UPDATE: Three weeks later still no bed, no phone call no nothing.
