Disgusted by their treatment of customers. Seems to be a total scam. Like others who purchased vouchers, I have tried multiple times to make a booking, without success. The only time I got a reply was after complaining to the voucher distributors, and even then sparadise did not follow up on my reply email. As someone else mentioned, the good reviews on here sound very phoney. If I could give less than 1 star I would - stay well clear

Went there last Thursday based on a deal purchased online. The deal included the following: Cut, half head foils, blowdry, head massage, GHD style/curl and a treatment. It also included a $50 voucher to be used for a spa treatment. On arrival I was told I had to pay an extra $65 because my hair was long, which I can understand, however as already had highlights in my hair all that needed to be done was a touch up to the roots. She also said I would need toner but due to her being so rushed she never ended up putting in my hair which left the bottom brassy. She also said my hair didn't need to cut so she didn't bother even trimming my hair. Needless to say, due to her being rushed I did not receive the GHD style or the treatement or even the $50 voucher. I am very dissappointed I feel cheated and I will never go there again.

I had the worst hair dying experience in the Rivervale store, my scalp itched for weeks from having mine red dyed. The stylist who washed my hair had long fingernails, very unprofessional seeing how it hurt the scalp whenever they scratched it. With the Canning Vale store, managing my booking has been a complete nightmare. Calls hardly ever go through/picked up, or just get spooled into their ever faithful voice mail. When I did go though, receptionist recommended I settled my appointment with their manager through their email. I have emailed them since September for 5 times, but never got any reply, even though the receptionist acknowledged that my emails were received and read on my follow up phone calls. My booking is still unsettled until now thanks to them. Like I said, their level of communication is astoundingly beyond lacking. Don't know why they bother promoting their service in coupon sites if they couldn't manage their booking system and ended up leaving irate customers!

My hair turned blue in the salon, they had to add more toner to fix it, as a result four months later my beautiful thick hair is still awful! You get what you pay for , was on voucher. There was no way the guy had an idea of colouring!! Was double booked on first apt.

Cant even get in contact with anyone via phone or email !! terrible. dont bother. I dont mind waiting for an appt but you have to at least get back to us and book us in. you cant just ignore us !! Months ago i made an appt and then 24 hours before it was time they TEXT me to cancel cause they had no staff and now i cant get in contact with anyone.
