Spot On Panels, 285 Sunshine Road, Tottenham

I took my car in because someone hit my car from behind. There was obvious damage such as the rear bumper panel and trunk panel. They repaired it, however when I got my car back - *My car wasn't washed as it had residue from the panel repair such as white dusts etc. *Before the repairs they said they would replace the back metal panel frame behind the bumper, and was told it was fixed and replaced upon receiving the car. I took the car home and the metal rear bumper frame was still evident because you could see it in the gap between the bumper and rubber. *Also there were white paint dots on my rear tail lights and inside the plastic trimmings of the car, also at the side of my car- white paint. *There was also minor scratches. Scratches were precise and it was about 7 strokes of scratches (straight scratches) side by side eachother on the back panel. These type of scratches only occur if something big like a square board scraping the car. Check your car thoroughly, they fix problems visible to the eye...be aware what you can't see.

Just had some repairs done and although the repair work itself seems to be pretty good though I don't appreciate the extra 200 km that were clocked up over the week it was in the shop. I'll admit 200km isn't too much in the lifespan of a car but there were other clear signs that my car was used either as a loan car or a ride for someone who worked there. It not very professional and a bit disappointing to be honest.
