Horrible medical centre. Dr Lydia Graham is the WORST doctor, she took a long personal phone call half way in to my appointment, lacked any empathy, and then after making a mistake on a referral and failing to return my calls she finally called and said bluntly that I would have to come back in instead of her just correcting and emailing it. And then she hung up on me! Absolutely disgraceful. Doctors like that should NOT be able to practise. I would rather pay and see somebody who can help me and actually shows some empathy. I will never return to this place after going there for over a year.

The Indian receptionist had more concern about cockroaches than patients - the problem is people are too big to squash. I hope she just had a bad day...I turned around and won't be back.

Where ahould i start. the doctor was a bout a million years old and wearing super casual clothes. put his hands down his pants and then touched my hands without washing his first. could provide me with no answers of a simple problem. would not let me talk to any other doctor in the practice and called me an idiot. so bad i would not tell my worst enemy to go there.
