1.67/3 Good environment, just next to the park and Lake Claremont, ideal for daily exercise. The complex is under 24-hour security surveillance. Though without air-conditioning, the natural ventilating system keeps the rooms comfortable. With convenient 24-hour hot water supply. walking distance to Claremont Quarter and Railway Station.
