The worst experience ever. Once I paid the fees, the agents attribute changed. They don't even bother to help or offer any consultation. The default answer I got was "NO". I couldn't refund any part of the trip. Even though, the airline accepted to refund the tickets, STA agent refuse to cooperate. I had similar experience working with two of the Agents in this office. No difference. I guess its a STA global policy to just rip customers off. BTW, if you are allowed to do any changes it comes with a 250$ fine. At the end I decided to claim my lost from travel insurance since the excess fee was much less than what STA wants to charge me.
