Superb service

Been number of times never had a problem cooklng own food thats what its all about service has been excellent every time and the food quality plus.

Came here to and ordered the fish with salad. Received a small raw piece of fish and two prawns on a hot bit of stone with some boiled vegetables. Essentially I payed $30 (!!!) to cook my own meal. Could have done basically the same thing at home with less fuss, lower cost and a much better garnish. My partner ordered the vegetable stir fry which seemed more like a token vegetarian afterthought than a real meal. This place is all hype and no substance. Not recommended.

Had dinner here with friends on a Saturday night, the restaurant was busy and we ended up sitting outside even though it was a little chilly as it was so noisy and smoky inside that we'd have been unable to have a conversation. We had a prawn starter and some oysters which were all tasty. Three had steak as a main and I had salmon. The portions were generous but the experience wasn't the best for a leisurely dinner catching up with friends as everyone is too busy cooking/trying not to burn their food. Mains come with salad or vegetables, some new potatoes would have been appreciated to round off the plate. BYO wine, charged corkage by the table. I had the caramel mud cake for dessert which was ironically very dry - would not recommend it. Overall was an interesting experience and glad we tried it, but wouldn't go back in a hurry.
