Supreme Quilts

Lets not let facts get in the way of a good story. Firstly I never swore at Shirley but I did hung up on her after wasting 15 minutes (along with her carry on) looking for her quilt that was booked under a different name by her assistant. If her assistant was any good she would have either booked the quilt under Shirley Hiatt or told Shirley it was booked in her (the assistants name). The quilt was booked and ready 2 or 3 days later not 2 months later (this is when she finally rang to see if it was ready). Once again if her assistant had passed onto her the card we gave that had the date and time it would be ready we would never had any problems. I did have a little laugh when she suggested her silk quilt cost her $2000 to which she added we had better not lost it. Approx 4 weeks later Mrs Hiatt collected her quilt as though nothing had happened, most likely because she was embarrassed for the way she behaved on the phone.

Was very unhappy with the service. They initially couldn't locate my quilt after making me wait 2 months for cleaning. When I mentioned that I didn't want to have to buy another one, the customer service representative giggled. When I told them I was unhappy with their service the customer service representative said "get the f*** over yourself lady" and hung up the phone. Worst customer service in Australia!
