We went here for our Christmas team lunch today. The location is beautiful with water views and a air-conditioned restaurant Parking opportunities are a bit limited. The service is very good, the staff is flexible, responsive and friendly. However, I think that the food is overpriced. It's not bad quality-wise but I wasn't particularly impressed with my Barramundi with Barley, Aspargus, Barley, Shirtake and Creamy Merlot Sauce - the flavours were too plain, not as special as I expected it. With entrees, a dessert, drinks and coffee, we ended up paying over 90 AUD per person, way too much.

This was the first bar I went to when I came to Sydney, as is extremely local to my flat. It is probably the only decent bar that I have found that is in Abbotsford, however if you are a local you will be required to purchase membership for $22. This may seem a little steep but the bar i extremely nice and you get points for every purchase and you are entitled to enter there weekly and monthly prize draws. Oh and every time you enter the club you swipe your card on this machine and you get vouchers for free drinks etc. Although if you are a foreign national they will let you into the club without purchasing membership as long as you have a form of identification e.g. driving licence. This may be a members club but the atmosphere isn't too posh and there isn't really a dress code, just dont go in your pjs ;) Drinks are relatively cheap and the food may be pricey but its amazing!!

This was one of the first bar establishments i went to when i arrived in Sydney. Personally i thought it is a really great place with a good atmosphere. Some of the alcohol (only certain alcohol like some beers) are very reasonably priced. The food here was also very nice. The club is set just upon a dock and has a balcony you can sit on and enjoy the view. I would especially recommend doing this as the sun is setting over the dock it is a beautiful way to finish your evening. I would very much recommend this club to have a socialise with your friends and maybe even some dinner!

Best place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine on the terrace cushions with a heater at the top to keep you warm. They have a bistro which serves lovely bites, like the antipasto plate and large portion meals. Watch the ferry come in and out and let the day pass you by on a warm summer night.
