I had surgery and day staff were great. I can say that admin staff looked overworked n extremely busy.

My wife was admitted here for maternity in August and our experience was appalling. Most staff members were rude and our medical experience can easily be compared to what you will get in a no-frills public hospital. Wrote to the hospital and the management justified every incident reported by saying they were heavily booked, under staff and that the public-hospital grade of service is normal and acceptable. This is contrary to what we were told/shown on our introductory tour. If we had know we would have gone private patient at Liverpool Public where our experience as fully public patient with our first daughter has been amazingly.

Very good right on the nose

I was in the hospital was someone close to offer my support while paying so much to be in a day surgery the nurse gets it wrong then we got told I had to leave the hospital and go shopping while someone in surgery, and then I got told please leave the waiting area while I am sitting there alone in the entire waiting room. You expect this poor attitude in public hospitals not somewhere where you are paying so much for half day.
