Sydney Tools, 429 New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill

I have placed several online orders through sydney tools. The price has been right but the online processing of orders has been absolutely terrible. Communication has been very slow and poor. All orders have taken about a week to process. Dispatch is EXTREMELY SLOW. Delivery is good. Prices are good. I won't be buying from them again unless the price is too good to resist.

-*WARNING*- DO NOT ORDER FROM SYDNEY TOOLS!! I placed an order online, waited over a week and received no order confirmation or the goods so tried to call numerous times but no response. By this stage I was getting worried and was preparing to say good bye to my hundreds of dollars. Finally got through to sales (the rudest man I've dealt with in a customer service role) and was told to email them regarding delivery as he doesn't have access to the orders. I emailed several times over a week asking for track and trace details or something similar... Nothing! no reply! So I tried several times to call, finally got through and was told that one item wasn't in stock but had arrived and all goods had been sent so I should be receiving them in a few days. So now more than 3 weeks later I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY GOODS, wondering if ill ever see my money or goods! EVER!

Poor - Online order, the system changed order from same day to standard. No way to get hold or orders team to explain needed it for the next day, Sales team said only way to get hold of orders is to write an email!. Wrote multiple emails no response. Product arrives 5 days late and was faulty - OK sometime products are faulty. So tried to get hold of warranty team, their phone no longer working, sales team instructed email was the only way to get hold of warranty team. Sent email automatic response was that with get hold of me in 1-3 working days and that directly contacting the manufacturers is sometimes quicker. Unhappy that no way to contact the orders team or warranty team via phone, all by email that took ages. Specified same day delivery and automatically took my money and made it a standard delivery!

A class service, the sales man Robert offered me helpful advice on my purchase of a Husqvarna K970 concrete saw. I shopped around before making the purchase and couldn't find a better deal. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys to anyone. Thanks alot guys, keep up the great work. PS: The ehwa diamond blade is the best ive ever used!

Sydney Tools, I mean how can I not give these guys a five star rating. To be completely honest I've walked in most of their 7 intriguing branches and have received more than a five star service by the salesmen employed at these venues. All my shopping experiences with this aforementioned company have all initiated with a wonderful salutation and finished with a smiling and 'Can I help you with anything else approach'. I don't usually Google review any of my shopping venues for my tools since i do shop quiet frequently and with other companies than Sydney Tools, but just had to squeeze this one in for them since I was and still am very pleased with there services. I highly recommend all tradesman and any other tool focused personnel to visit there stores because they sure are to be treated with care and expect the lowest prices compared to all there competitors.
