0/3 Every tenants nightmare!! This agent just does not care at all and in the end she will take almost all of your bond whether you've done the wrong thing or not. DO NOT RENT A HOUSE THRU THIS AGENT. I am currently in dispute with Talk Realty thru the RTA to get my share of my bond back. This includes rent she is claiming for...my rent was automatically paid straight from my account, I NEVER missed a payment amongst other things equally false. And I am not the only tenant she has done this to, I am currently in the process of having Talk Realty Yarraman investigated and am trying to get others to speak up about their dealings as well as it seems there are others who have had the same thing happen to them.
