The resort is over-priced with very bad food and service qualities. We have high expectation of feeding wild dolphins activity. unfortunately, each person has less than or around 2 mins to feed the dolphins and we are not allowed to touch the dolphins at all. You will have much more fun to join Dolphin encounter activity in Sea World and spend less money.

Stale bread rolls, undercooked potato salad, tasteless beef, awful ambience, but there's so little choice at Tangalooma it's probably the best option! Bring your own food folks...

The room was great~ the price is a little steep but well, I would pay to go there again. I like how they played a welcoming video in many languages by the staffs of different nationalities. And the explanation done by Murray (if I remember correctly) before we checked in was very detail and good. All the staffs we talked to were polite and nice. Except that one of the cafes missed out our order (along with a few more customers orders) and we waited at least 45 minutes. We were the first to come and one of the last to go, which was very frustrating. We went on the safari tour and it was very worth it! Our guide Mark explained a lot to us about the island and stuffs. And the view at the lighthouse was breathtaking! Unforgettable! Oh, and of course, the dolphin feeding experience, marvellous! Very very nice~

VERY POOR - Same as below, very poor service could do with twice the staff, would be a big improvement if the existing staff were actually friendly and helpful! There is a lot of walking required to book tours as you can't do anything over the phone you have to walk down to book and pay prior then walk back when its time for your activity (and nothing is central). Eg I booked a massage at 9.30am, for 10.45am. I had to go down and swipe my charge card by 10am, which involves a 10 minute walk each way... to then get back to our room for 20mins before heading back down again! To book to feed the dolphins we have to physically go down to the Marine education centre - a 15 minute walk from our room. Can't understand why we can't just book via the phone. All activities require cash deposits, even though you are supplied with a room charge card! There is very little cleaning product used if at all so EVERYTHING is sticky. There is such vast discrepancy in pricing so its quite obvious that they are blatantly overcharging for common things. There are only 2 highchairs in the whole restaurant area, so most of the time we were left without one for our 8 month old. And when we did manage to get one it was always so dirty that I had to clean it before putting our baby in it... and that's even if we got one first thing for breakfast, so they obviously were not cleaned overnight. 'Corner shop' has many things required, but is insanely over priced - a single serve tub of yoghurt for $3, an avocado for $3, and I was too scared to check the price of a loaf of bread! All in all and great location but I personally would give this one a miss...
