Huge range (literally you could spend hours just looking at items). Also Great prices and freight is cheap. Freight was only $10 for me and other companies want $21.50 - $43.95! I would highly recommended them.

I have dealt with Techbuy on and off over the past three years for all manner of tech products. A full system, individual part upgrades, phone and tablet accessories/cases and printer toner. They are convenient because of their large range and fairly reasonable freight. They are interstate to me but quite often end up being cheaper than their local competitors for freight, especially on orders that contain one product. This is due to their cheap interstate freight options and lack of credit card fees. Techbuy let themselves down in some places, primarily not marking products obviously enough when they are not available. I have had two orders (our of ~25) delayed because the product was not available when I placed my order. I now know where to look when ordering but for a new customer the obviousness could be lacking somewhat. Techbuy: This is the main reason for the four star review. I cannot comment on communication because I always phone when ordering from them (or elsewhere) to confirm my order. The Techbuy staff are generally polite and efficient on the phone. Techbuy built my recent new computer in good time and delivered quickly. It was well packed and arrived in good condition. I was offered an alternative part when the one I had selected was not available straight away which was appreciated. I would recommend them to a friend, on the proviso that I could educate them about product availability.

Not a good experiance This company does not respect customer service! They do not want to service there Customers. The do not want to talk to you! However they will lie to you and take your money! If you are not tech savey and understand all the lingo i would not buy from them. What should have been a simple exchange with no out of cost to them was the worlds bigest effort.. BE WARNED!!

They are good. I bought a custom PC from thier website. Took them a while to build it. Customer service is not good but they are worth a look. They only build on Saturdays so if you intent to buy custom PC's from them then do not expect speed. However. When I bought the PC they needed to order some extra ram. So, we took the computer home with 6GB of ram and then they put the other 3 in later. Worked out pretty well.

Visited today. The customer services was terrible. The ordered items was not there. I could wait. Not a problem. But the guy almost told me how stupid I am that I did not waited for a confirmation email. A suggestion to include this information in the email with the receip was not welcome. I believe reading this, the guys will treat you better than me.
