Easily the worst service I have ever experienced. We switched from Optus to Telstra which was our first mistake. The rep promised us the world, and delivered nothing. 8 weeks later we still don't have phones or internet. The sales rep has disappeared off the face of the earth and won't return calls. The director of the store has ignored all emails from us. I have since turned to the Telstra business centre at Albion and they have fixed everything for me with little fuss. Our entire order with Telstra Stafford was a complete mess. Our internet was connected to some random persons home, and our phone & fax lines were untouched. My advice if you are thinking of switching to Telstra is to steer clear of this franchise store and deal directly with Telstra.
