James served me at this store - best customer experience! - i recommend asking for him as he has great service and was able to place my order quickly and efficiently. Some other staff at this store have no clue what's going on though, so make sure you ask for James.

I wanted an iPhone 3Gs which Telstra Online Store couldn't fulfill. I googled for a central Brisbane Telstra Shop, read this review (some, nameless, stores got bad reviews) and decided to try here. They reserved one of the precious iPhones for me, did a good deal on ending my old contract early, and spent ages setting up the data plan and generally going through the iPhone with me. It was excellent customer service, very impressive.
