I loved how the staff at Temple Hills Medical Center were kind and caring. The doctor's are always friendly. The building is light and warm and makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors. It deserves more than 5 stars.

Our apologies to you Steve for the unpleasant experience. It is difficult to advise potential clients that we try to keep our Saturday appointments free for our regular patients as a courtesy to them. During other days of the week it is no trouble to ensure we have a double appointment available - this is to be as thorough as we can in ensuring a complete history and exam prior to carrying out an ear syringe. We can certainly understand your anger given the circumstances. This has been spoken about in a doctors meeting and we will endeavour to make this policy better known in future so it does not happen again. Dr R Chan

Avoid this dodgy and unethical practice, all they care about is money. I contacted this practice to have my ears syringed.I explained that I would need to put drops to soften the wax and after that I would be effectively deaf until In got my ears syringed. They made an appointment for me readily enough but when I told them I would be a new patient they immediatly asked if I intended to return to the practice regularly. I informed them that I normally get my ears done at Crystal Clear Ears and apart from my ears I didnt get sick much but when I did I would visit them. They then agreed to see me but told me I would have to pay a new patient fee and agree to pay for a double booking! I agreed to this and told them I would see them at 10.30 that morning. 30 minutes later (after I put the drops in) they contacted me to tell me that they had changed their mind and would not be able to see me at all. I told them that once the drops went in my ear it can lead to violent vertigo and nausea episodes if left untreated and they still refused to honour the appointment. This is unscrupulous behavior at best and when coming from a medical practice it's borderline disgusting. What ever happened to the hippocratic oath?.....
