I originally rated this as a 5 star because I've had excellent service and food. However, watching a family of 8 squeezed onto a table of 2 small tables or alternative options was to spilt the family, I was disgusted when they refused to add an extra table to make them feel comfortable. After arguing with them to simply put an extra table on, Asian values came to the surface of focusing on profit than customer satisfaction. They'd prefer an extra 2 customers with the money that comes with it, than see to it that the family was happy. As I said "happy customer means a customer that returns and shares their good experience with their friends and family. Unhappy customer no come back and shares their bad experience with friends and family". For example, we had our anniversary booked there for next month. We're now looking at alternatives...

Great take-aways but uncomfortable restaurant. I get take-aways from Thai Ginger often, as we love the food. They use lots of fresh, crisp vegetables, which is unfortunately not very common with Thai food in Australia, where you are often lucky to get a few pieces of limp, tasteless veges. Their flavours are awesome, particularly the green chicken curry. The downside is the eat-in restaurant, although I only went there once it was enough. The service was very slow, the seats are really uncomfortable and it was as hot as hell (this was at lunch time in March), with no air-conditioning and some very inadequate ceiling fans. I will stick to take-away in future, but be warned that you should phone to order, as it takes about 20-40 minutes.

Great Thai dishes! Love their food presentation and the taste was so yummy. Value of each dish is worth-it. Friendly staffs are attentive and polite. Setting and atmosphere is good too.

We tried the take away restaurant for the first time last week - it's good to have if you're too lazy to cook - we ordered the family pack for 2 - the spring rolls and curry puffs were absolutley yummy! the yellow curry and rice were really good too - i would come back although not too often as it was a bit too pricy.
